Matthew has been trying to write rhyming couplets in his poetry. Couplets have 2 lines with the same metre (rhythm) on each line. The rhyming word is at the end of the line.
SCHOOL
We can fix things with tape and we know what shape. There’s lots of things to make at lunch time there is cake. There is a new building it is very thrilling. In room 11 the fastest is Devon. I am really smart but I’m really bad at art. I’m really bad at rhyming but I’m really good at typing.

In spotlight there is no light I don’t think it’s very bright. It is pitch-black I can’t even see my back. When I get attacked everything goes black.
